Razer Blade Stealth 2019 13" blackSOD/Boot Loop

Hey hope everyone is doing good, I recently came across this problem just recently no prior problems I'm pretty knowledgeable in dual booting and was running a Linux Distro on a live boot and I use the same Liveboot on my main workstation was seeing if HiveOS would work which most def did not seem to be working so when HiveOS crashed the first time I decided to see if updating windows and the Nvidia drivers gtx 1650 max-q with a intel core i7 updated everything and proceeded to reboot and try HiveOS again seemed not to work then rebooted my system on last time changed the usb boot options (which doing such on any other system never did this) I had the Live boot unplugged after changing some of the usb bios boot options(keep in mind) after that no windows or razer logo when powered on but keyboard does light up I'm not sure if the OS got thrown off or the BIOS had a similar problem with an alienware Alpha R2 after windows update and a new HDMI > USB 3.0 adapter driver got installed any key bindings on boot or forms that can help would be much appreciated I dont mind losing files trying to stay away from sending it back for fixing but if its bricked then I can report a ticket
