Razer Blade Stealth 2019 early - Coil whine

Hello, in December 2019 I had a warranty case for my Blade Stealth regarding the USB-C doesn't work correct. Now I am sure I have the next issue - something like a Coil whine... At first I was not sure if the noisy fan is normal. But after some games and tests I am defenitely sure there is a coil whine. It is really noisy and I expected more quality of a 1.5k € Netbook... For sure I don't want to send it back again for repairing another time. The repair company resetted the computer and deleted everything. Yes, I got the information in front of repairing, it would be possible to format the ssd but this is annoying to set up everything again and downloading hundred of GB. Perhaps someone can help me to fix it.
