Hi guys, had my RBS 13 MX150 variant for about 2 months now. Been monitoring, observing the performance and its quite what I've been looking for in a laptop as a person who travels a lot. Absolutely loving it, its perfect for me as I need a simple/decent gpu only (not hardcore gamer) which I can carry around. (Dont get me wrong, it is easily getting more than 100fps stable on games such as Valorant @ 1080 plugged or unplugged (with the help of undervolting). My only issue is as I've seen in other threads (not necessarily here in insider.razer) that the MX150 was given a 65w power adaptor. Would anyone know the reason behind this? Or was this an error on their part? I understand that gaming while unplugged would get me I've seen people had some success on purchasing a 100w charger (they got from Amazon or somewhere) although I don't want to risk it because it'll be another additional expense to buy a charger on top of the charger possibly "overcharging" or might blow up the battery (as I saw some people having the ballooning/swollen battery on their Razer Blade/RBS). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Battery drain when gaming, even when plugged in, is to be expected. The 65W power brick just won't be able to keep up with how much power the components are drawing from the battery. You can upgrade to a power brick with higher wattage, but you can expect the temps to increase when charging. Don't worry about battery bulging though, the 100W power brick from here should work just fine for your RBS. As for the access denied error on the forums, you will want to use a VPN to go around that as of this time. The problem is server-sided, but we're working on it.

    I see, thanks for your response at least this will put my mind at ease shall I choose to upgrade my brick. Actually I had one more question above which I'd like to reiterate. I think for their line of RBS = expected to game on = a necessity right?

    The Stealth line is supposed to be the lightest of the Blade series, which is why we went for a more compact power brick. It was is more of a design choice than anything else.

    I see, then its more of an up-selling tactic I guess. Really don't see why this was the case as the weight of the blade wouldn't really impact the weight that much (in total) if the charger included was the 100W to begin with. Or that could've been an option during purchase so we could've had the flexibility of opting for one than the other. Still loving my blade, minus the charger issue as its an additional expense (if I choose to buy). This would've made this the perfect laptop for me already (still is, minus the charger issue).
