Razer Blade Stealth 2019 Right-side Thunderbolt port not working

Hi all, I recently purchased a 2019 13" razer blade stealth. I swapped out the SSD for a 1TB and did a clean install of windows on it. I re-downloaded all the drivers and installed all the updates. My right side thunderbolt 3 port does not work properly. Power flows through it but it does not detect anything else that I plug in. The left side works fine. I've reinstalled the drivers, not sure what to do at this point. Thanks
