Hello, my razer blade stealth has had a problem for a while now, I have contacted support multiple times but in the end nothing was solved because it always ended with "an expert will send u an email when they are available" but I never receive the emails



Due to the fact that I am using the pc for study purposes, I brushed off the problem because I need the pc and cant send it to reparation. But yesterday I stumbled upon a video that showed the same problem I am experiencing and it was worrying what they said on the video.



Apparently, according to the video and multiple people online, the battery on my razer blade stealth is expanding, which caused the gap to appear. I wanted to contact razer support again, but due to the fact that my warranty for the pc is over, I am not able to contact them. What should i do?
