Razer Blade Stealth dropped all wifi capabilities

I know this model is ancient at this point but like many I’ve had nothing but issues with this machine from day 1. I got it not to game but primarily for its rendering capabilities (I’m an architect). As of today, I suddenly can’t access any wifi networks at all - the computer can’t recognize them. I’ve tested my modem and router and everything is working, all other devices connect without issues, and I can connect via ethernet, but wifi capabilities are completely gone. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Best way to troubleshoot/solve?

    Update: with my limited tech skills I still somehow managed to stumble on the solution. Looks like an update messed with the killer network adapter. I did a clean install of the control center, which solved the issue. https://support.killernetworking.com/knowledge-base/clean-install-killer-control-center/
