Hello Team,

 

I am from India. I bought this razer blade stealth 13 Laptop RZ09-03272E12 from USA via a friend.

I am facing keyboard issue from last 10 months. The ‘C’ and ‘B’ key are not working. And when I turn on my laptop, random hard key showing pressed. For example, if I open search window, key ‘a’ is automatically typed and its keep on going like hard pressed ‘aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...’.

I tried updating all software and synapse, nothing worked. Tried uninstalling keyboard driver, didn’t work.

 

At present I am not concerned about money, but to get my laptop fixed. From India, I am unable to get any support. And looking at the problem, my best guess, it needs to be physically checked at service center.

 

I am unable to contact any service center outside India. I can ship my laptop to any nearby country or even USA to be checked by authorized service center.  Can anyone help on how to get support regarding this.

 

I really feel helpless, after using my laptop for less than an year and having trouble for last 10 months.

Sorry to hear about your ongoing concern with the laptop keys. Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? By the way, where did you buy the laptop? If the purchase was done locally, please contact your reseller or local distributor since that is the fastest way to get a warranty claim in a location not part of Razer’s shipping network.
