About a week ago I've been having an issue where my laptop will not wake up from sleep. I finished using it at work, closed the lid, ran errands, then when I got home it didn't wake up. The next day I disconnected the main battery and the little 3V coin battery and it came back to life, but will not wake up from sleep or hibernation/closing the lid/sleep time out/setting sleep or hibernate manually. Also, it's now just randomly dying with no warning. Straight black screen with no LED indicators. Sometimes if I wait an hour I can hard reset it, other times I have to take out both batteries.
I've searched the forums and online and nothing has helped, I've turned off fast boot in the bios menu, played with the sleep settings, fully discharged and recharged the battery. I don't know what else to do, and my warranty ran out in April of this year.

New developments, it won't go into sleep mode if the lid is closed. It stays on as if the lid was still open, with the screen and keyboard backlighting on. I manually turned on sleep mode and now it won't wake up again. If anyone has had experience with this, any help is welcome.

I have been having the same issue (with my razer 17.3 2019 RTX 2060 )and had a complete windows reinstalled from microsoft and nothing changed. I think it is a hardware problem and would recommend contacting the razer team and checking your warranty. I decided to shift to alienware as it was a faster and better option at the moment.
