Here is my specs:

- CPU: i7 8550u

- Type: Gunmetal Grey



My laptop's fan is not turned on for most of the time, which is quite good, nice and cool. But every time before the fan goes on, there will be a static electrical spike noise generated (motherboard/battery area). I found this is quite annoying, why can't just start spinning the fan without any electric noise?



Does this happen to anyone? or is it just me? I guess this is a hardware issue ...
