Hello, I own a Razer Blade Steath 13 purchased late 2018.
The battery simply blew out, using the computer normally.
I read on the internet in the Razer support forum that this problem happened to several customers.
It is a very expensive laptop and I am unable to turn it on as they recommend that you do not use the computer when this battery error occurs.
How can I proceed? Do you ship a new battery?
I live in Brazil, and here there is no support for products purchased outside the country.
Please, can someone tell me the battery model, so I buy it on the internet and do the replacement.
