I'm not sure if I've fiddled around with anything but it seems my Razer Blade 15 (2020) - Advanced model no longer maxes out temperatures to 80 degrees and is instead hitting 55 and not moving.
What can I do to get to those higher temps again?

I don't think that's a bad thing since that would mean that your cooling system is working well. Anyways, you can try to use any benchmarking tool to monitor the temperature of your PC. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a message.
