Razer blade temps issue at idle

Hello everyone, this is the problem i am having. my razer blade idle temperature is at 57 -59 DegC, only recently. it used to be 45-50 DegC. another problem i have been having, before this, is that my laptop has a long delay before it gets to the razer welcome screen (before the sign in user screen). i don't think it is normal. i can't work with this high temperature. someone please help!
