Hi, I have just bought and unpackaged the Razer Blue Screen. However, the safety lock does not seem to unlock when I push the tab in as per instructions, preventing me from extending the blue screen from its collapsed state.
I tried pushing hard and wiggling the tab as I pushed in, but to no avail. I tried pulling in case it was already pushed in but that doesn't seem to be the case either.
Anyone else run into this issue? I feel like I might have received a faulty item.
