I hope I've placed this thread in the correct section.
I received my replacement Razer Book 13 at the end of last week. The first one ran perfectly, but had a cluster of dead pixels in the screen. A new replacement was dispatched.
The first time I powered on the unit, I got a BSOD. It rebooted before I could get my phone out and grab a picture. But I dismissed it as random. After that, it worked without issue. All I did was install the software I was going to be using at first (Chrome, Thunderbird, Discord, Blizzard Battle.net).
Today is the first day that I've been using it at work. I have encountered two BSOD. Both stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
On several other occurrences (four so far), the screen goes black, then comes back on, but ultimately the machine reboots within a few seconds.
I checked razer.com for driver updates, but the only item listed for the Razer Book 13 is a BIOS update. A quick Google yields mixed results, so I'm not sure what steps to take. I would like to resolve this issue on my own, if possible. Is doing a system restore my best first course of action?
