Razer Book 13 Blue Screen BSOD

I bought a Razer Book 13 one month ago and since then Im having blue screen of deaths.

Specifically, Im having Blue Screen of death when Im using Chrome or Youtube.

I confirm that I have updated the drivers using Intel Driver Support Assistant.

I also confirm that I have checked the hardware status and everything is working fine.

I also confirm that I have tried to disable hardware acceleration to mitigate the risk to have Blue Screen.

However, this still not working and still having blue screen of deaths.

Im very disappointed and this machine is so disable. I want support.

Were there any recent changes made to your PC? How many times did the BSOD already happen? Please send me the serial number of your laptop, along with a screenshot of your PC's Problem Reports. To gather Problem reports, please go to Start > type Problem Report in the Search field and hit Enter. Look for the one under Windows and then open each one of these error reports. Look for the “Shut down unexpectedly" error. Open the error, take a screenshot and send it to me. I can use them to take a closer look at the problem.
