Razer Book 13 Screen not working

Hi! I was wondering if you found a solution to this or if you could get it fixed? My laptop has just started doing the same, works perfectly when on a monitor but the screen is completly black.

Same here. Had my first unit replaced with no questions asked after the screen failed while under warranty, and now the replacement unit is suffering from a failed sreen after 17 months of use. Still works when connected to a monitor.

I came here as I am having the same issue, my screen works at certain angles sometimes but other times not and it looks black but it’s the backlight, it works fine with external monitor.
