Razer Book 13 swollen battery - Where to get original parts?

I have a Razer Book 13, and last week, my battery swelled.

I've been trying to find a Razer Care Center to purchase a new battery (not a third-party one), but it seems to be an impossible task. How can I find the locations of Razer Care Centers?

I live in munich (germany).

 

I tried a third party battery but after replacing the battery is not recognized and not charged by the laptop. I have tried with BIOS update and CMOS reset but not success. Therefore i am looking for original parts only.

      I would look on Ebay for a broken version of your laptop that has a dead screen or motherboard but still has a working battery that you can scavenge.

        I got the exact same situation on Razer Book and also did what you’ve done (buy a 3rd party battery), would like to know where can I buy that in UK

        same problem here. I’m also not confident in using a battery from third party sellers, like on Amazon etc.

         

        I’m now using my Razorbook without a battery. Not ideal, but I don’t have to fear the next battery to be a potential hazard.

        Same here with my Razer Book 13. It started happening after around three years of heavy use. I first noticed my laptop bloating slightly when it got hot. Now, after 3.5 years, my Razer Book 13 can't close the lid properly and the trackpad is bending.

        I couldn't find any original replacements for a long time, but I kept searching eBay for used Razer Books or original parts. I got lucky and found a used original battery in good condition from the UK. I will report back once I receive the replacement.

        In the meantime, I suggest keeping an eye out for used parts — I doubt you'll find any new original parts since the laptop has been discontinued and has been out of warranty for a while now.
