I'm using an AmazonBasics USB C hub with my razer book 13, but occasionally all the devices connected to the USB hub will disconnect and after a few seconds will reconnect. I know it's an issue with the USB hub because my mouse, which is connected via usb A directly to the laptop, doesn't disconnect. I'm not sure what causes this because it happens occasionally, but I do have a lot of devices connected to the USB hub so I wonder if it may be an issue with how much power is supplied to the USB hub. I didn't have this problem with my older alienware 17 r4.
If it is a compatibility problem with this USB hub and the razer book, do you have any recommendations for a USB hub that will work with the razer book's usb c or thunderbolt port?
Thanks for the help!

There shouldn't be a compatibility problem, and this could easily pass as a power limitation issue, especially since what you have isn't a powered hub. What sort of devices are you plugging into it?
If you're looking to get a new USB hub, I highly recommend that you check this out. :wink_:
