Razer Bsilisk v3 x Hyperspeed stuck moving down slowly on its own.

my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed mouse suddenly started moving slowly down on it's own on my screen, I'm unable to move it anymore myself. The button for changing DPI doesn’t do so, but only keeps changing the scollwheel color. 

Troubleshooting done on PC where i have used this same mouse for over a year:

  • Reset by pressing left+right button and scroll wheel. 
  • Reinstall all razer software to the latest version
  • Clean all mouse surface and sensor
  • tried putting the USB receiver in different USB ports. 
  • Changed mouse battery to new one
  • tried using the mouse on a different system (laptop) without razer software installed

All of the above were done and the problem is exactly the same. 

I connected another razer mouse (basilisk x hyperspeed v1, no color wheel, functioning correctly on the laptop for maybe 2 years) into my PC and there’s no such issue at all. So we can eliminate the PC or laptop being the problem. 

i do not what else i can do. Please assist.
