The scroll wheel of my Razer Badsilisk V3 X Hyperspeed has issues.
it scrolls up and down when I scroll down and same issue when I scroll down.

But I’d RMA it if you still have valid warranty for it.
I still have warranty and would like to RMA and replace this with another.
I bought this Razer basilisk V3 Hyperspeed in January 2024.
What is the process to refund? This is effecting my work as the scroll wheel doesnt move up and down properly.
