I want to know how an order can be canceled just because of a glitch instead of I don’t know, opening a new order to fulfill the original order that was placed. It make it extremely upsetting now that I have to wait for a refund then cancel the Affirm payment and then wait for the refund of downpayment from Affirm in order to attempt again. All in all this will probably take me a few weeks to get sorted out instead of Razer just opening a new order themselves and completing the order. Why is that such a difficult concept?
