I ordered on Aug 3rd the Razer Deathadder v3 Pro Faker Edition, and today Aug 8th got an email stating that the product was cancelled, without my permission. First time ordering at razer, and probably the last one, taking into account that they TOOK the money (200 box for the mouse), and their support service in their web is broken, so I cannot contact them in any way there.

And apparently I am not the only one with that problem. Anything I can do about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(Also, I am understandably annoyed at the situation, but no hard feeling towards the support staff at razer or the mods here, I dont think any of you are at fault. I just want the situation solved)
