RAZER CANCELLED OUR ORDER WITHOUT NOTICE

We ordered couple of items from razer online amouting to almost 5K USD including the shipping fee. It was supposed to arrive in 1 week, but it didn’t. It’s understandable because of the situation. A Month after, we received a refund from them without explanation as to why my items were cancelled.

A lot of bank cards and credit cards have a maximum daily spending limit on them, perhaps you went over this amount without realizing it, as this has happened to my dad a few times and he keeps forgetting about the max daily limit spend (which is why it always a good idea to keep SOME amount of cash on ya at most times). I think most of them have a $2-3K max spend limit per day on cards so you may wanna check into that and see if that was the final reason

Before i make the purchase, i called my bank and informed them about the amount im going to use and where am i going to use it. It was all good. Items left the facility, upong reaching CHINO CALIFORNIA, tracking got stucked there for over a month. Then razer refunded the money without any explanation
