I recently purchased a Razer Gold card, but the scratch area was damaged and the PIN is unreadable/invalid when I try to redeem it.
Here are my details:
• Clear photo of the back showing the damaged scratch area
• Clear photo of the receipt proving purchase
• Card serial number (bottom of the card): 6363 1031 2403 9217 207
Please help me verify the card and recover the correct PIN or assist with redemption.
