Razer Care not detecting my Razer Blade S/N

I can’t get a RazerCare plan on my Razer Blade because it just says an error occured when I try to enter my S/N. Tried different browsers.

 

It allowed me to register the product on my RazerID but trying to get RazerCare it just doesn’t detect it.

You both bought Razer Blade directly from Razer.com store?

I bought it from mwave.com.au, the local razer distributor

Razer Care is only available when bought directly from Razer.com
