Hello everyone I just recently bought a Deathadder V2 and when I tried to register the warranty with RazerCare got this message:
Razer Care Protection Plan: Not available
Your product no longer falls within the period where we may provide RazerCare extended warranty.
Is this something normal or there's something wrong with my mouse? Thank you.
I have to said that I live in south America, I had to buy the product from a third-party reseller.
EDIT: The mouse was manufactured in Thailand, is this also normal?

That particular error message typically appears when the serial number is detected to be out of warranty based on the manufacturing date. Do send me the serial number so I can verify the authenticity of the device. Let's go from there.
Different devices are manufactured in different places. That said, I cannot confirm if this is normal since I have limited visibility over that part of our system.
