Razer central black screen cant open synapse

I have recently upgraded to windows 10 (dont flame me on this, got a new pc thats all). I did all my windows updates and i use razer ornata v3x and razer basilisk v3. I want to configure my settings but i cant open razer synapse. I installed .net framework and i tried reinstalling like 4 times already. any help ?
