Razer Chroma App stuck "Updating..."

the same a few weeks now...

same and I have deleted and reinstalled now several times and it is doing this every time lately!! never used to have this issue but lately its constantly and I am getting annoyed

I had to uninstall everything and the install again. One by one the peripherals. My headphones bkackshark v2 pro still the synapse 4 can't recognize them.

Been happening to me for I swear a year

Synapse is also glitchy

It is letting my change settings on my deathadder v2 mouse, but it never updates, like when I turn off the lighting, the mouse doesn’t actually turn off.

Want it fixed asap plz

I have Windows 11 if that helps!

This is real I thought if I left it overnight it would and it hasn’t gone away so I am also having this issue. Although, my headphones have returned to the color I set them as when I first used the app a couple months ago so it’s working, but says it’s stuck updating. 

My mouse has two RGB LEDs in it, and Chroma could control both of them [before the updating issue of course]. Synapse has a feature that it could set my mouse to any preset colors, and I do that, it says it completed, but my mouse is still the color it was before. Looks like Synapse needs Chroma to do that :|

Same for me, after several updated and reinstalls synaps 4 stuck the rgb software on updating. I love how the more money I spend on rAzER the shitier the experience, their support never solves the tickets. And this updating problem is there since synaps 4, also with synaps 4 my RGB controller by razer, which was 100 euro does not start only after reinstalling teh software or sometimes the computer than synaps. Hopefully this brand will fall down considering its no premium anymore and neither their services are. Its just an overpriced green cr*p.
