The razer chroma app just not working, can’t start, keep show failed to start, tried reinstall but now stuck at starting

For 2 days now, I also have the issue with Chroma, it tries to update, then ‘Failed to Start’. When you search, re-installs seem to not help at all. Interestingly, Synapse works perfectly.

Restart of the PC / App did not help. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Running Windows 11.

Thanks for initiating this thread. Please try removing all Razer-related files from your Windows PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean Up tool through this link. Once done, please restart your computer, reinstall the Razer Synapse, including its updates. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
