So, Hi. I recently downloaded Life is Strange: True Colors through the Xbox App, and specifically with my game pass subscription. I have a Blade laptop and DeathAdder v2. Now my issue comes when I start the game. Chroma Connect recognizes the game... Sorta. All that happens though is the lighting freezes up and/or cuts out entirely. Meaning I don't get the integrated lighting, nor my personal Studio profiles as long as Chroma Connect is enabled. My best guess for what's happening is that maybe since the actual exe of Microsoft store apps is permission locked, maybe Synapse can't process the lighting cues or whatever?



I've seen posts online from two years ago of the same issue, and despite that, there are no useful fixes. I've tried opening access of the WindowsApps folder where the Xbox-based pc games are kept, although that only made it worse(that was fixed though). but in the end I couldn't figure out what's going on.



It's immensely frustrating because I was looking forward to this game mostly due to the lighting. and so I really hope I can get it fixed without having to go with the robust solution of buying the game on some other party seller in order to get the lighting.
