Razer Chroma Hardware Development Kit not working with Chroma Visualizer in Synapse 3


Hi guys it seems like there is a bug with Razer Chroma HDK on Synapse 3 Chroma Visualizer. Every peripheral works on my end when using the built in Chroma Visualizer in Synapse 3 aside from the Razer Chroma HDK which would just stay static into whatever color it was before running Chroma Visualizer.

I have reinstalled synapse 3 and 2 already and everything but the issue persist.

Also another thing to note: HDK works when I use the old third party audio visualizer app but my problem when using it is that my Tartarus V2 wont work on audio visualizer as It would just display static light.

Hi I have multiple razer devices as all my peripherals are razer, I do not know if this works before cause I just recently unboxed my HDK as I am still building my setup. Not sure if this was a bug with the current version of synapse 3 but there are some users on this forum that are affected with this same as well.

I also tested a few things out, I clean installed windows 10 on one of my spare laptop and only installed synapse 3 together with the necessary visual C++ and .net frameworks to make sure that no third party apps is causing it and the issue still persist. also tried it on a windows 7 machine and still the same. All of my razer peripherals from mouse, mousepad, keyboard, base station, tartarus v2, and headset works on Chroma Visualizer on those troubleshooting that I did except for HDK which remained static on all scenarios.

I am using the latest version of synapse this is something that cannot be fixed by mere troubleshooting it's an issue with the software itself you guys need to release a bug fix of some sort for this as other people are affected as well
