razer chroma keep shutting it self down without letting me change the colors

so when i open razer chroma to change color it just pop up for 5 secs and after it detect my keyboard it shutdown and wouldnt let me change the light cololr

I understand that you are having an issue where your Razer Chroma application closes shortly after detecting your keyboard, preventing you from changing the light color. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
