I bought this back in 2022, but haven't used my PC much. Started using my PC again lately and have downloaded Synapse 4, ever since then my ARGB controller is showing no sign of life. Has anyone had this problem, and can it be repaired? Or can i buy a replacement. This product seems like a lot of money for such little time i have used it and now it has failed after using a new system. Never had any issues with previous version of Synapse

+1You can try uninstalling Synapse 4, and check the old Synapse 3 software. https://rzr.to/synapse-3-pc-download
Also if you’re on Windows 11 - you can try disabling setting called Dynamic lighting - this can override any Chroma settings sometimes.
