hey i need help for some reason the colours on my mouse and mouse bungee stopped working for some reason and when i try to change the colour with thr razer chroma app or synaps it doesnt work and the only time it works is when i do voice colour sync with the razer chroma app colours come out from the devices and same thing with when i boot up the computor but it stops working when i open the razer chroma app
