Razer Chroma Profiles not importing

I just got my first razer keyboard for Christmas and wanted to import some cool chroma profiles I found online, but every time I check the folder they are in from synapse to try and import them, they do not show up. Not sure what the issue is since I am downloading the profiles from Razer's website and using Synapse 3 to import them. Again, this is my first razer keyboard so I am pretty unfamiliar with Synapse, even though I have had a Taipan mouse for 5+ years. Thank you for the help.
