Razer Chroma Studio/Advanced Effects not detecting my Basilisk V3

Hi There Fellow Razer Fam I have an issue where my new Razer Basilisk V3 is not detected by the Razer Chroma Studio/Advanced Effects. Can anyone assist here? I have already tried multiple different usb ports, that is not the issue. See attached screenshots. Thank you in advance.

    To add, it worked fine with the V2.
