Razer Chroma troubleshooting.

I have two Razer Chroma devices of the same model number but can only see one

device in Synapse 3.  If it doesn’t work, please let me know, so I can send it back as

it’s of no use to me.  I want all my lights in sync, after all, that’s why we pay top dollar for decent kit.
