Razer Chroma V1 Headset stand wattage?

I highly suspect this to be the USB card I have it plugged in to but what is the wattage froma 3.0 plug that the stand needs to function correctly? I looked all over and I must have thrown out the box with the paperwork for it that would otherwise list it. The issue I am experiencing is it works for a while then suddenly shuts off. But my Kraken headset plugged in to the MOB doesn't have this issue - hence why I think its the card. All the USB items and not enough slots. Also if once set up with the chroma - could it run through a USB dock (same idea in theory?? I would think??)
