Hi I'm in Australia and bought my Razer Click Pro through the Razer APAC Online Store on 1st July 2021 Order Number 341307883639 for AUD$189.00 and now it's completely stopped working.
No connections (Bluetooth or wireless or USB), no lights and no charging indicator. This is now the most expensive piece of junk that I have ever bought, very disappointing! The serial number is: PM2125H12002808.
I would suggest that if anyone is looking to buy this mouse that they have a look on-line as there are many posts about this mouse dying or becoming a useless brick.
What if anything are Razer going to do about it? I would be very pleased if I got a new one or a refund but that (I think) will be almost impossible as I'm in Australia)... Looking forward to the Razer response.
