I am able to charge my Cobra Pro through the usb-c cable but whenever I try to use the mouse dock pro nothing happens. The dock is lighting up, but wont pair with the mouse and will not charge it.
Also, the usb dongle doesnt seem to be working.

Best fix → put out the puck and put that again in. Check you have LOCKED the puck. you have to press and turn the puck. there are points on the puck and on your mouse. they have to stay to a line. it charges really if you have the puck locked.
