Hi am experiencing a serious problem with my Razer Cobra (not pro) that I bought 1 years ago. my mouse randomly connect and discconect. i alr do the tutorials like
- Uninstalling synapse, installing it again, uninstalling it with all the hidden files and registry notes (I used Revo Uninstaller), no matter what I did with the synapse soft, nothing helped me
- Also tried using some “soft for uninstalling razer drivers” that I found send by the support in some of the threads on the site.
- Tried disabling all the parameters related to “power saving” in windows, when it can disable usb ports (only in a device manager, because for some reason I dont have such option in the control panel menu)
- Clearing the device manager lists by deleting all the “non active” devices
- Updating usb controllers drivers (using device manager, it said all the drivers are correct)
- Switching usb ports that my mouse is connected in
- Rebooting pc
but nothing happens it still do the same thing
