Razer Cobra - Left and Right click not working. All other functions still works

The left and right click of my Cobra isn’t working till these few days ago. Initially uninstalling Razer Synapse seems to have gotten it to work. But upon a few shut downs and restarts later, both clicks just doesn’t work.

 

Plugging it to my laptop to test seems to have the same results. Can’t left or right click, but all other function still works.

 

Trying the Device Manager method of trying to update the driver  (already the latest). Uninstalling the driver device and restarting still get me this same result abot

    Hello Axelhsc,

    I understand that your Razer Cobra right and left buttons are not responding. Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse prior to the issue? Any noticeable physical damage from the device? Pleas use compressed air to gently remove dirt from under the affected buttons and test the mouse on a different system without Razer Synapse. If the same problem persisted can deem the mouse faulty. If your device is within warranty, kindly PM me with the serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. All the best!
