Got the Razer Cobra mouse last month, first time i put it in my PC it just started to disconnect and i would have to take it out and put it back in just for it to disconnect again a few seconds later, but after a few tries it started working normally until now. Now i get the same problem from a month ago, but this time the light isnt even lighting up and the mouse doesnt work at all. Ive tried watching youtube videos but all the solutions never fixed the problem. Please im begging someone help me im getting frustrated and dont want to get a new mouse.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

I got razer cobra mouse last month too, the error is the rgb does not work well. If i select Green it turns black, if i select yellow it turns red. I use it in spectrum cycling and it only works red.

If the problem is only on one PC only, then I’d check different ports (USB 3.0 or above preferred). Don’t connect it to USB hub to avoid any interruptions - connect it directly into motherboard.

Also what happens if you close/disable/uninstall Synapse on the faulty PC?
