The 2.4GHz wireless connection stopped working correctly;It turns on, but the mouse turns itself off and then on again repeatedly. I've already updated the mouse drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse, disabled Synapse, and tested it on other PCs, and the problem persists.It works both via Bluetooth and wired connection.If anyone has had the same problem and managed to solve it, please tell me how.

Please try to download the pairing utility here and see if it work, if the problem persists we can deem the dongle faulty. Feel free to PM with your mouse serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
