Razer Cobra Pro - Bluetooth not working

I’ve had my Razer Cobra Pro for a couple of months now, I used it sometimes in one laptop using the 2.4 dongle, then switching to the BT connection when I needed the port. I’ve changed laptop and now it won’t work.

The BT connection message appears in W11 (same OS from the last laptop, btw) but with every try, it just cannot connect and it won’t appear on the BT settings.

The firmware is up to date both for the dongle and the mouse.

Same issue happened for me. I think this is happening after new mouse driver update. Because There is a new version on june. We updated our mouse without noticing. We faced bluetooth problem after that .We are expecting new version update from razer software support or if it is possible, can we downgrade mouse driver from 2.0.1. Because this version is not stable. I am waiting an answer from Razer company. My mice serial number: PM2437H27300614 I created case also.
