razer cobra pro connection issue

I had this problem earlier this year my razer cobra pro connects with the mouse dock pro, it connects then disconnect when when im not using it, also when using it disconnects and i need to unpair the mouse then when im pairing i need to hold the mouse button aor move it or click it nonstop in order for it to pair successfully but sometimes it won,t pair 3x 4x. and IM getting tired of everytime  after turning on my laptop I need to unpair and pair again my razer cobra pro. is there any solution to this? tried using this on my cobra pro dongle and darkstalker tkl pro dongle and its still the same. Soo the problem is in razer cobra pro. it works when it is connected wired but with the dongle it  won’t work properly. its updated to the latest firmware
