Razer Cobra Pro doesn't charge

Thanks for raising your concern here regarding the charging problem of your new Razer Cobra Pro mouse. Did you already try reinstalling the Synapse 3 app? If that didn’t help, please PM me the serial number of your device so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the issue.

I am having the same issue.  Just bought it, added the charging disk and it will not charge.

Same issue here, I am able to charge my Cobra pro through usb cable but whenever I try to use the mouse dock pro nothing happens. The dock is lighting up and it will pair with the mouse but will not recharge it.

I had this problem with my basilisk v3 pro and mouse dock pro. I fixed that by taking out the Puck and put that again on that. Check you have locked the Puck. You should check the lines on the Puck and the point on your mouse. If you don't have the puck perfect on your mouse, you can't charge.

After that i never touched the puck again and i never had any issues.

I did the puck thing and now it charges perfectly.   Thank you so much for that information.  Thank you to everyone that helped or tried to help.  I appreciate it so much.

Same issue but only i’m using the Hyperflux v2 wireless mousepad to charge my mouse but still stagnant at 12-13%, sometimes battery drops
