When I bought the cobra pro about 5 months ago, it was all fine and worked as intended. But, when I decided to plug it in after a 2-month hiatus, it would never turn on. When I plug it in to my PC via usb-c, the lights return, but it is not responding past that. Is it a problem with the dongle?

+1Yes, the dongle may be the problem if it’s working properly on cable. I’d try dongle in another PC if possible to fully confirm it.
It’s not working properly on the cable. The lights turn on, but it’s still unresponsive, with no clicks working, or tracking working. I tried to update the firmware, but when plugging it in my pc, it just doesn’t show up on the firmware updater. My PC recognizes it though

If not, RMA if possible.
