Your support to tell me why out of the blue my Razer Cobra mouse model: RZ01-0465, with serial number: 632316H27003956 stopped working, it needs some update, I hope your answers as soon as possible.

Did you’ve tried it in another USB port or on another PC?
No, it does not work at all if I disconnect and connect indistinctly turns on the chroma rgb, but does not make any movement, I have not tried to connect it to another pc yet, could you help me and give me a solution to this problem.
