razer cobra wired disconnecting and lagging

hello recently purchased a razer cobra mouse and it keeps randomly freezing and lagging while gaming, I have tried everything but the issue is persistent. I want to contact support but dont want to remove the back plate on my mouse in fear of breaking it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know

Are you using a USB hub? Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port? Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your Razer Cobra’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
